• Do i need acrobat reader (c) to use pdf2html ?

No
It is possible to convert a pdf file to html without having acrobat reader on the computer. In fact pdf2html is a way to view pdf file without acrobat
 
• When i click on the "option" button from the main screen, i have an error message "file not found"

This is normal and only occure when no pdf file has been selected
It is necessary to choose first a pdf file, then to click if we want on the option button
 
• Can i use pdf2html to convert files from my own software ?

Yes with the "Command line options"
To process files in batch mode you have to use PDF2HTML.exe which you can find in the directory where you have installed the converter. ("C:\Program Files\PDF2HTML"). Run it without parameters and you'll see available options:
-b : don't create bookmark tree
-j : don't use javascript for bookmark tree
-c : set document encoding to 8859-2 ( Central Europe)
-s : create single HTML file
-m : merge images
-i : ignore images
-l : ignore vector drawings
-g : greyscale output
-n : don't insert navigation bar into page
-z 1.5 : set zoom factor ( default 1.2 )

• Why the software doesn't convert my PDF file ?

Some PDF files are protected. These documents are saved with master password (screenshot attached), so the
program can't violate the security settings.
