The
Archisoft international company is a private company (Sarl) with a capital
of 34.650
Euros (about $46,000). The company's
entry into the market in march 1990. Archisoft is the property of the founder
members Jean-Claude BRUCHER and Alain Tortosa which are the main stockholders
of the company.
Today,
it employs 3 peoples and some independant partners
The
company is financial independent, and make profits since several years.The
financials informations are regularly published and opened to everybody.
Jean-Claude Brucher has a training in management (doctorate in management) and also technique (DUT in "génie électrique"), his own professionnal experience drove him to occupy posts of responsabilities in several large companies before creating the company. Manager of the company, he also has one activity of training and of management consultant in the field of service customer. He is also the author of severals books on service management of After-sales service department
Alain Tortosa has a training in computing and electronique (DUT in "genie electrique", automation) and a big experience in the customer service domain. He masters the programming techniques, databases, network and Internet. He is project's computing leader of the company
Alain Meunier has a training of accounting, he practiced as trainer (management, accounting, pay) during more than 30 Years in various big companies. He is in charge of the assistance, support and training of the customers
Software development
The original activity of the company developed around the management of the relation (management software for Repair Shops, Management software of the customer relationship - hot line).
The company develops and distributes directly or by retailers' network the software packages of management of the customer relation. Its range of product allows her to cover all the range of needs whatever of the company size (rates from 150 to 15000Euro) (about $130 to $13,500)

Distribution of products
The activity of distribution is recent and is only done for products for which we can bring a real Added value. This added value is the result of an adaptation of products to the French market, a real knowledge of the products (generally used internally), a technical support for users in french or in english and the organization of trainings on site, at our company or by Microsoft netmeeting
