Software development

The original activity of the company developed around the management of the relation (management software for Repair Shops, Management software of the customer relationship - hot line).

The company distributes directly or by retailers' network the software packages of management of the customer relation. Its range of product allows her to cover all the range of needs whatever of the company size.

- Suiviclient (Management software for AFTER-SALES SERVICE DEPARTMENT and point of sales)

Distribution of products

The activity of distribution is more recent and is only done for products for which we can bring a real Added value. This added value is the result of an adaptation of products to the French market, a real knowledge of the products (generally used internally), a technical support for users in french or in english.

We are notably approved and distributor of the following software:

We are not only resseler of severals products, we give real added value to software that we are selling with our import and distribution activity
We know, you and me i suppose, that it is difficult to sell a new product when we don't have a lot of time and money to promote it. In our own country it's already difficult, so what about in a foreign country with foreign language !
Well, if you think that you have a good software that could interest the french speaking market (france, belgium, canada, switzerland, luxembourg, africa,...), we could study together a flexible agreement to become partners and distribute your software
As you saw, we are a little company with not so much money but we can say that we are honest and work a lot. Our small size give us the opportunity to respond quickly in view of all situations

What can we do to promote your product ?
Preamble

• Our answer is: No miracle ! We will never promise you that we will sell a ton of your product, not even just one ! What we will do is all that we can for. Our interest is the same as yours, sell it !

• First of all, install and test your product. We thinking that most resselers has no idea about what they are selling

• Add a dedicated page of your product in french of course (and also in english), with direct access url: e.g. www.archisoftint.com/myproduct
• Add the product on our french online shopping store (secure payment, all majors credit card, international orders)(and also in english)
• If the product does not exist in french, then translate in french part or all of the help file (some time after inclusion in our catalogue)
• If the product does not exist in french and if it is a real value added, then translate in french the product (ressource file .RC,...)
• Give french speaking customers the possibility to download on our site both french and english evaluation version of your product with direct link to our web site (for questions, orders, ...)
• Give support and trainings in french
• Be the "link" between you and them

• Add french url of your product to majors french speaking search engines
• Add french version of your product to most of shareware download engines (like anshare.com, telecharger.com, telecharger.fr, vnunet, ...)
• Make press articles to inform the profession
• Present your product in all show rooms where Archilogue is present

• Study together an advertising campaign
